Refund policy & guarantee

Rent plans — 7-day risk-free trial. Every Rent plan starts with a 7-day trial. If you're not satisfied, cancel any time before the end of day 7 and you pay nothing. After the trial, monthly billing begins; you can cancel any time, and billing simply stops from the next cycle on.

Buy (one-time) orders. Before delivery: if we haven't yet handed over the finished work, you get a full refund. After delivery: because a complete, working automation has been delivered and is yours, refunds aren't available at that stage. Instead, we stand behind the work with a 14-day functionality guarantee — if it doesn't do what we agreed to, we fix it free of charge within 14 days of delivery.

Buy orders don't include ongoing updates or support, except Basic Buy, which includes the first 3 months of support free. After that (or on other Buy plans from the start), a separate monthly support plan is available if you'd like us to keep maintaining it.

Rent terms

• Rent plans are billed monthly, in advance, after the 7-day trial ends.
• Your monthly fee includes hosting, maintenance, and fixing anything that breaks on our end, plus small adjustments as your business changes.
• If payment stops, the automation is paused until the account is brought current.
• You can cancel a rent plan any time — cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle.

Buy (one-time) orders don't carry a monthly fee — once delivered, hosting and upkeep become your responsibility (or covered separately under a paid support plan if you'd like us to keep handling it).

Confidentiality & security

Anything you share with us in your order — your business details, what you want automated, your process — is used only to build and deliver that order. It's stored in secure, encrypted systems and is never sold or handed to anyone outside of building your automation.
