Email us who you're referring

Send the business owner's name and contact to [email protected] with subject "Partner program." We'll confirm we've got it logged under your name before you make the introduction.

They become a paying customer

If they sign up for a Rent or Buy plan and their payment actually clears — not just a trial — the referral counts. No commission on trials that cancel before paying.

You get paid

We pay out your percentage after their payment clears each month (for Rent) or once (for Buy). We'll agree your payment method with you directly by email.

The exact commission

No vague "up to X%." Here's the real number for each plan type.

If they Rent (monthly plans)

Starter, Growth, or Pro — billed monthly

  • 20% of what they pay each month, for their first 12 months as a customer.
  • If they upgrade plans during that window, your 20% applies to the new higher amount.
  • After 12 months, the referral commission ends — this isn't a lifetime cut, it's a strong first-year thank-you.

If they Buy (one-time build)

Basic, Standard, or Custom Build — one-time price

  • 10% of the one-time price they pay, paid out once, after their payment clears.
  • If they later add a paid support plan or a Rent add-on, that's treated as a separate Rent referral at 20%.

The fine print

A few things worth knowing upfront.

No cap on how many people you refer, and no exclusivity requirement — you're free to refer as many businesses as you'd like, whenever you come across one that fits.

We don't pay for referrals that don't convert. Sending us a name isn't enough — the business has to actually sign up and pay for the commission to start.

Commission ends if the referred business cancels. You earn on what they actually pay while they're a customer — nothing is owed for months after they stop paying.

Common questions about the program.

Do I need to be a GubuJi customer myself to be a partner?

No. Anyone can refer a business — you don't need to be using GubuJi yourself.

How do I know my referral is credited to me?

Email us before you make the introduction so it's logged under your name first. If the business owner mentions your name or email when they order, that also confirms it.

How and when do I actually get paid?

We'll confirm your preferred payment method (bank transfer or another method we can agree on) directly over email when your first referral converts. Payouts go out shortly after we reconcile each month's payments.

What if the customer I referred cancels?

Your commission is based on what they actually pay while they're a customer. If they cancel, commission on future months naturally stops with them — there's nothing owed for months they didn't pay.

Is this the same as GubuJi Executive?

No, those are different things. This partner program is about referring new businesses to GubuJi. GubuJi Executive is a separate, invitation-only tier for existing customers, earned over time — see the FAQ page for more on that.
