Rent plans — 7-day money-back guarantee. Every Rent plan is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days, tell us and we'll refund you in full. After that, monthly billing continues; you can cancel any time, and billing simply stops from the next cycle on.
Buy (one-time) orders. Before we start building: if work on your custom order hasn't started yet, you get a full refund. Once we've started building: because real work has gone into your specific setup, refunds aren't available at that stage. Instead, we stand behind the finished work with a 14-day functionality guarantee — if it doesn't do what we agreed to, we fix it free of charge within 14 days of delivery.
Buy orders don't include ongoing updates or support, except Basic Buy, which includes the first 3 months of support free. After that (or on other Buy plans from the start), a separate monthly support plan is available if you'd like us to keep maintaining it.
Buy (one-time) orders don't carry a monthly fee — once delivered, hosting and upkeep become your responsibility (or covered separately under a paid support plan if you'd like us to keep handling it).
Anything you share with us in your order — your business details, what you want automated, your process — is used only to build and deliver that order. It's stored in secure, encrypted systems and is never sold or handed to anyone outside of building your automation.
Buy orders: once delivered, the automation file is yours to keep, permanently — we don't hold a license to shut it off or reclaim it. Rent orders: we own and host the underlying file while your subscription is active; if you'd like to switch a Rent plan to a one-time Buy later, contact us and we'll quote the difference.
When GubuJi Agent messages your customers, schedules appointments, or — on plans where the feature is active — reaches out to find new customers for your business, it always identifies itself as an AI agent acting as your authorized representative for that specific task. It never claims to be you personally, and never claims to be a human employee. GubuJi Agent is not, and never claims to be, your official legal, financial, tax, or licensed-professional representative — for anything that requires one, please consult a licensed professional directly.
We reply to support requests within 1 business day. Priority support (included on Growth and Pro Rent plans) targets same-business-day replies. These are targets, not a guaranteed service-level agreement.
We build and test every automation carefully, but we can't guarantee it will be error-free at every moment or immune to outages on third-party services (like Twilio, Google, or your payment processor) that we don't control. Our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will first be handled informally — email us at [email protected] and we'll work to resolve it directly before either party pursues formal action.
